24hour armed response by I Secure, an alarm inside the Cottage and outside beams. Access onto the property by an app on your phone. The property is monitored by security cameras.
Lawns are mowed, refuge removal on Mondays and there is no charge for water. The Cottage has an Electricity meter, pre-paid units are charged at R5.50 a unit, the meter is read once a month.
Use of the most magnificent communal pool, reserved for residents and guests only.
Due to the nature of the accommodation, pets and animals of all kinds are not permitted. The Rental of the Cottage is for a couple or single person without children.
A Key deposit of R400 is charged for a set of keys and a remote control for the alarm system. (refundable when leaving)
