I met Gail Jones when my husband and I were viewing properties with the intention to purchase a new home. I came across her number on an advert for one of her listings. I called her to enquire about the property, it was after hours but I was met with a friendly and warm person on the other end of the telephone. She was happy to entertain my enquiry even though it was after business hours and I was encroaching on your personal time.

We found Gail to be warm and friendly, she was personable and really listened to our requirements. she had a fantastic product knowledge regarding the current market and she had an excellent knowledge of current listings within the area that we were looking in. She came across as very professional, she was courteous and punctual and she made us feel very comfortable. We also noticed that she had a lovely rapport with her sellers.
I would like to state that we had dealings with many other estate agents during our search. We met many wonderful agents, but we just felt that Gail had both the professional and personable qualities that really stood out. Gail found us the perfect home, not just a house. She took us to another listing that was not even her own as she knew it was the perfect house for us. This selfless act really impacted us and was a testament to her kindness and to the fact that she was genuinely invested in finding us the right home, even if it affected her own pocket.
