This email serves to confirm that Chantel Baptista from Century 21 has been assisting us to sell our property in Glenanda, Johannesburg.
Chantel worked endlessly bringing people to view our property and also arranged a show house day.
Unfortunately due to the Covid epidemic everything was delayed for a few months, but as soon as the market opened up Chantel was back bringing people to view and our property was sold in August 2020.
At the same time we have also been in the process of looking for our new home and Chantel has been assisting us with this. Again she has gone out of her way to take us to look at many properties.
