Dear Patrick
I hope all is well. Our house managed to get through the pandemic!
I tried to post my written review for Ronel a few times on Facebook, each time it would say it posted and Ronel and I couldn't find it.
So here it is. I was not going to give up as I really feel she deserves it and others in the property market will really benefit from her help.
I met Ronel in Jan 2020 when I put my house up for sale in Assagay, KZN. She had come highly recommended by a friend and I was relieved to find someone who had a track record.
As it was my first house I was selling I was quite nervous, yet also excited and looking forward to collaborating with an estate agent who was on the same page as me. Who wanted what I wanted!
Ronel was a fantastic collaborative partner throughout the 9-month sale house process. Although the house was sold within a month, it became caught in the COVID crisis which led to long delays. This was a huge concern for us as our unoccupied house was accruing costs, but we couldn't do anything.
Ronel was supportive, caring and understanding throughout the sale process. Nothing was too much effort. She did everything in her power to move the sale forward as smoothly as possible. She came up with solutions to help alleviate costs, helped sort out the gardens and organised the purchase of electricity for us when maintenance was required. As we live in JHB this support at a distance was priceless.
Ronel's high-end level of customer service is immensely invaluable. She willingly gives of her time, expertise and guidance. Anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a house would be extremely fortunate to collaborate with Ronel. She is in your corner. Her high sense of integrity, her tenacious ability to make things happen and get things done quickly is a talent that you want on your side as you embark on the sale of ( possibly) your biggest asset. She really brings the 'human' part back into the selling game!
THANK YOU Ronel. I am privileged to have worked with you and very happy to call you a friend
