Bianca is such a beautiful person. From the moment I got in contact with her, I felt at ease as she was super helpful to guide me on my search for an apartment to rent in Cape Town.
Although new to Cape Town, fresh from Johannesburg, she didn't blink once to pull out some cards to impress. She was punctual for the viewing times and even after I decided to put my search on hold she will check in regularly and send me the updated stock list to keep an eye on.
I understand that it is a tough industry but Bianca understood me as an individual with some special requests and she delivered.
