Gail was helpful and professional, a real go-getter, giving good, sound advice. She assisted me tremendously in arranging workers for the general clean-up of the property as I reside out of town. She was compassionate and understanding of my situation. An excellent virtual tour video of the property attracted many enquiries and Gail managed to secure an interested buyer right from the start, at the showhouse day (within the first few weeks) When that client's offer failed to secure a bond in the allotted time frame, she already had a backup offer at hand. Gail kept me updated throughout as did the conveyancers. Everything has run smoothly from start to finish which has taken a mere three and a half months!
