Century 21 Tzaneen Properties celebrate their 3rd birthday as they move into a new premises on Boundary Avenue. Letaba HErald met with Rob Severin the Principal to find out more. "I have been very happy with the progress the Century 21 Tzaneen Team has achieved over the past three years. We have outgrew our previous premises and wanted to find larger offices. I have great confidence in the Century 21 brand and the Tzaneen property market. The new offices offer more space for the existing compliment of 8, but also allows Century 21 the opportunity to grow further. Rob indicated he now has dedcated boardrooms, training facilities and individual offices. While this may not appear to be important to some, Rob feels it is critical to create a happy work environment and create a culture of high productivity. Rob used the analogy that as a family grows within a home it becomes important to live is a house that meets all the family needs and requirements. Such a home will bring out the potential of each family member and allow for harmonious and comfortable livings. When selling homes to clients, our agents need to consider these factors when finding buyers a new property. So it is important to apply the theory to clients as well as one's business.
