I just want to commend your service, devotion and empathy shown by Pamela Edwards. Ever since the process began she has been more than an estate agent to me. Generally estate agents are known to be mischievous, notorious by just being concerned with the deal and that's all. I would ask Pamela to come and take measurements and she will not complain or get annoyed, with her smile she would gladly assist. I would ask her to come back for a review even after I had signed the offer, likewise she would agree. To top it all yesterday I phoned her and shared my traumatic experience after seeing someone fall of the building, and explained to her my current residence doesn't seem safe for me after this experience. I asked her to negotiate immediate occupancy with the owner. She did that, back and forth until an amicable solution had been reached.
I know we are not at the end of our deal, as full registration has not yet concluded. I however would like to say thank you Century21 for a great experience.
I pray that God would bless you as you thrive and prove to be one estate agent with good governance and ethical conduct.
