Ballito to Claremont - Franchisees Invest Further in Century 21

In what must be the ultimate show of confidence in the Century 21 brand, Century 21 South Africa is proud to announce that our franchisees, Lourens Erasmus of Dolphin Coast (Ballito) and Tony Beadica of Claremont, have both invested in "cutting edge" and luxurious sales offices in these two critical property nodes.

Tony, an attorney by practice is joined by his daughter, Lauren, also an attorney, has recently launched Century 21 Southern Suburbs in Cape Town to service areas such as Claremont, Newlands, Constantia, Bishop's Court, Rondebosch and Kenilworth and this out of their fabulous premises which they own themselves and situated right across the street from stylish Cavendish Mall. Cape Town Southern Suburbs is ranked amongst the top 5 areas with regards to property sales activity in South Africa and the central location of their office will be a welcome convenience for any estate agent joining them. After carefully considering all their options with respect to which brand to align their business with, Tony chose Century 21 as according to him, the Century 21 brand has the stature, the tools and systems and the globally proven track record to ensure growth and to add value to his existing allied business.

Lourens, who is also Century 21's Umhlanga franchisee, has invested in not one but two spectacular and impressive offices in Ballito and this to service upmarket estates in and around the Zimbali precinct situated at the top of the hill, the leisure properties on the shoreline at the bottom of the hill and all the traditional freehold homes in-between. His two offices exemplify the concept of convenience and of creating motivational environments for his estate agents because after all, it is estate agents who drive the market. Lourens is joined by his wife, Nadia, and his son Ruan in managing and operating the offices and Century 21 believes that through his investment, the brand will become a dominant contributor to the property sales industry in the whole stretch between Durban North right up to Chaka's and Salt Rock, also known as the Dolphin Coast.

Tony and Lourens's offices have been launched under the new Century 21 rivalry and regalia and emulate the amazing touch and feel of the brand as it is displayed worldwide in 8 800 other franchises spread across 81 countries.
